Dominica welcomes Caribbean Airlines to its shores
Roseau, Dominica, September 9, 2020 – Dominica welcomes Caribbean Airlines to our shores beginning September 19, 2020. In a radio interview which aired earlier in the month, the Minister of Tourism, International Transport and Maritime Initiatives, Hon Denise Charles had indicated the intent of the airline to service Dominica starting in September. Caribbean Airlines has now confirmed that subject to regulatory approval by the Trinidad and Tobago Civil Aviation Authority, the launch date for service between Barbados and Dominica will be September 19, 2020. <Read More>

Nature Island Open for Business After Dominica's General Elections
ROSEAU, Dominica, December 9, 2019 – The Electoral Office has published that the Dominica Labour Party won a resounding victory over the opposition in Dominica’s General Elections held on December 6, 2019. Leading up to the elections, there were pockets of civil disobedience primarily in the villages of Marigot in the Northeast and Salisbury in the West of the island.
