Everything at Sunshine Cottage is fresh and organic, plus it boasts being the only strictly vegetarian/vegan cottage in Dominica. Hosts Marco and Sabina pride themselves on eco-friendly practices that are reflected in every meal.

Marco makes the dough from scratch for the wood-fired pizza, and there are a variety of fresh vegetarian toppings that will persuade even the most loyal meat eater. The house rum punch is a unique secret concoction with passion fruit and sorrel juices.

Dining is on an open-air terrace that was beautifully designed, and features tables, wooden rails and calabash sconces all hand-crafted by the hosts.
