Villa Passiflora was designed by architects Frank Greene of Rosemary Beach, Florida, and Agar and Johnston of Dominica. The villa’s design highlights the extraordinary views while taking maximum advantage of the cooling effect of the continuous tradewinds from the east. The villa’s open design coupled with extensive verandah space creates an environment in which indoors and outdoors merge, providing extensive outdoor space shaded from the tropical sun. We have worked with Dominican artisans and craftspeople to create a unique and very special home.

The Cottage and the Villa are barely visible to one another, and cottage guests don’t utilize the villa at all. Guests in the villa won’t notice cottage guests and vice versa. The cottage is self-catering. The rental of the two accommodations is separate. The rental of both allows a maximum of 10 guests on the PassiFlora property.
