Incorporated as the Jungle Trekking Adventures and Safaris Inc. (JTAS) we operate under the brand name Experiences Caribbean.

We are a small family owned and managed Tour Company, and specialize in outdoor adventure and soft experiences. We also offer destination management services, and our flagships are the Cooking with Daria (culinary) and Experiences Caribbean (outdoor) brands.

Cooking with Daria is all about Caribbean food – the fresh and flavorful ingredients and the bright colors of our dishes, and radiant energy!

It is about sharing the culinary secrets to preparing Caribbean delicacies – the tricks to using the fresh herbs and spices with local produce, and with rum to make herb infused rum-tails.

Experiences Caribbean is about sharing our Caribbean-island secrets and treasures, with the vision that visitors can experience the Caribbean through the eyes of Dominica, and enjoy the nature, heritage and people. 

For us, small is beautiful, and we pay great attention to quality, and to the needs of the traveller.
