The One Pot Competition will highlight traditional Dominican cuisine, culinary creativity, and the innovative use of local ingredients through a lively and engaging culinary showcase.
The activity will provide an avenue for chefs, community groups, and culinary enthusiasts to celebrate authentic Dominican flavours while fostering cultural pride and encouraging visitor interaction.
Farmers’ Marketplace | July 25, 2026
The Farmers’ Marketplace will create opportunities for local farmers and agro-processors to showcase and sell fresh produce, locally made products, and value-added goods directly to residents and visitors.
This component will promote farm-to-table experiences and encourage greater utilization of local products within the hospitality sector, strengthening linkages between tourism, agriculture, culture, and community engagement.
